Training participants may have received an email from the state program office prompting them to complete an end of class evaluation and survey of their training experience.
The evaluation and survey have now been added to the training site.
If you completed training between August, 2014 and August, 2015 (and you did not already complete it) please take a few minutes to provide us valuable feed back and reflection on your experience.
