  • After completing reading in the manual, online module, and class activities, the student will in class:

    • Differentiate between a fruit and vegetable
    • List selection criteria for fruits and vegetables
    • Describe correct cultural practices for fruits and vegetables
    • Use IPM process and appropriate resources to respond to general inquiries related to fruits and vegetables.
