In 2012, the Master Gardener Program Office began an extensive redevelopment of the Level 1 training materials. Changes in the program are to make space for more class discussion and hands-on activities, increased flexibility for educators to tailor classes to local needs and resources, and to better address the learning needs of all our participants. In the future, we’ll also include more horticultural and volunteer related topics.
