We’re so excited for our Centennial, but it wouldn’t be a party without friends to celebrate with us! Thank you so much to all the 4-H members, volunteers, organizations, communities and more who will help make 2014 a very special year for Wisconsin 4-H and have helped us grow Wisconsin leaders for 100 years!
Thank you to the Wisconsin State Legislature and Governor’s Office for recognizing the 4-H Centennial. Governor Scott Walker issued a Certificate of Commendation on February 19, 2014. The Wisconsin State Legislature passed a Joint Senate/Assembly Proclamation on February 10, 2014, which was co-sponsored by Representative Robin Vos and Senator Scott Fitzgerald.
Wisconsin 4-H Youth Development draws strength from partnerships with UW-Extension and with county government in each county of Wisconsin, and we thank our county colleagues for their hard work and support over the last 100 years. We would also like to thank counties for passing resolutions commemorating the 100th anniversary of Wisconsin 4-H!
