Call for Proposals
2026 proposal submission period has ended, please see here for a pre-liminary schedule with session descriptions.
The Call For Session and Poster Proposals – Due by January 16, 2026. Decisions will be made early February, at which time presenters will be notified and further arrangements will be made.
To appeal to the largest audience, we suggest presenting your topic/material with all Extension colleagues in mind, making the association specific information broad with transferrable skills and knowledge. If you have questions, need ideas, or would like to discuss your proposals, feel free to reach out to the curriculum committee by emailing lindsay.spindler@wisc.edu.
If you would like to submit a concurrent session proposal and/or a poster session proposal for this conference, please use separate Google Forms for each proposal.

NEW! 2026 Resource Share
Bring your favorite resource to share at the conference—because nothing says “Extension spirit” like bribing you with a prize drawing.
Share your wisdom, win some swag, achieve eternal glory.
- Choose one resource (or more) to share with others—yes, even that oddly specific spreadsheet you swear by.
- Bring physical copies (OR one copy with a QR code, because we support both paper lovers and tech wizards).
- If you’re feeling fancy, add a tiny table‑top sign explaining what your resource is. Not required… but it will make you look like you have your life together.
- Place it on the table in WILSON B anytime before 5:30 on Thursday-you don’t even need to explain it to anyone.
- Browse the selection-find something you can use-or appreciate the hard work of your colleagues!
Resource Share: We all have that one resource—an article, tool, website, template, or strategy—that quietly makes our Extension work smoother, smarter, or more impactful. Now’s the perfect moment to bring it into the spotlight.
At our upcoming gathering, we’re inviting everyone to share a favorite resource that has genuinely helped them thrive in their Extension role. Think of something you reach for often, something you wish you’d discovered earlier in your career, or something that consistently saves you time, strengthens your programming, or deepens your community connections.
Your go‑to resource might be exactly what someone else has been searching for. By sharing what works for you, you help strengthen our collective toolbox and support colleagues across programs, counties, and disciplines.
Let’s learn from each other, spark new ideas, and walk away with practical tools we can use right away. Bring your favorite resource—and a quick story about why you love it—and help make this a powerful exchange of Extension wisdom.
