JCEP 2026 Committee Members Needed

We NEED YOUR HELP!  Willing to help the JCEP Conference be awesome and represent your Association?  Let us know by filling out this form.

We are looking for a great team to help plan the 2026 JCEP Conference. The 2026 JCEP Conference will take place April 9-10, at The Lismore in Eau Claire.  Members from each association are asked to assist with the following committees:

  • Communications/Promotions & Marketing (website/email blasts, registration materials, networking activities, signage for sessions, evaluation, etc.)
  • Curriculum/Program (this committee helps select the keynote/capnote speakers and reviews/selects the submissions of those who wish to present sessions, help arrange AV needs, etc.)
  • Logistics (this committee helps with room assignments, registration and check in, etc.)

For those of you that don’t know what JCEP is or what the Conference is all about, here is more information!  JCEP is the Joint Council of Extension Professionals with the mission of providing a unified voice which addresses the associations’ issues and concerns, and creates opportunities for interdisciplinary teamwork and networking.  It is made up of us (Wisconsin Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals (WAE4-HYDP)), Wisconsin Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (WEAFCS), Wisconsin Association of County Agricultural Agents (WACAA), Wisconsin Extension Environmental and Community Development Association (WEECDA), and Epsilon Sigma Phi (ESP). Each year, one of the associations hosts the conference where everyone comes together to learn, connect, and discover how to bring the Wisconsin Idea back to the communities we serve.  Associations have time to meet individually (this is where we recognize our colleagues for their hard work) and all together.

We hope that you will consider helping us make this the best JCEP yet, or consider attending in April!  Let us know if you have questions.
