Activity: Clean-up for the Salvation Army

Group: Badger 4-H Club — Rock County

Date of Activity: April 26, 2014

Number of people: 18 youth; 11 adults

Number of hours: 3 hours per person

The Badger 4-H Club of Rock County supported the local Salvation Army by taking on yard-cleaning activities: raking, picking up trash and pulling weeds. The clean-up refreshed the property for all those who visit and use it. Youth participants learned that everyone could use a help now and then and if you work together you can make a difference and have a little fun while you are doing it.
