The Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts will be Celebrating 100 Years of 4-H Fiber Arts in an exhibit called “From the Heart”, on display in the museum gallery from April 9-June 22, 2014! They are looking for fiber art items from projects such as clothing, knitting, crocheting, macramé, needlepoint, counted cross-stitch, basketry, home environment and cultural arts. The museum is looking for high-quality individual projects, generational families who have all participated in one fiber medium, and projects that show a beginning project and skills developed with a recent project. If you or family members have participated in 4-H fiber arts projects in the last 100 years, consider submitting your projects! Deadline has been extended! Submissions are now due by March 1, 2014!
