Note: All Cooperative Extension colleagues will participate in the same breakout sessions led by Operations Department Directors. Each session will include updates about the operational departments, draft service catalogs and time for colleague questions. The order of your breakout sessions will be determined by the color of the folder you receive when you check in for the conference.   • Brian Diebling (Director, Office of Financial Services) will discuss new services and philosophy around Cooperative Extension financial operations
  • Greg Johll (Director, Educational Technologies Services) and Shannon Carpenter (Director, Communications and External Relations) will discuss the re-imagining of their departments through nEXT Gen and address the Web Presence Redesign Project
