Finishing Up

To complete Level 2 Training, there are two things left to do:  the course evaluation and, if you completed all required lectures, readings and activities, the Course Certificate Request form.  Even if you didn’t complete every activity, we would like you to complete the Course Evaluation so we can receive your feedback. It is very important so we can understand what you’re learning and continue to improve the Level 2 experience.

If you have a final thought you’d like to share with your colleagues before doing the final evaluation, feel free to do it in the Final Thoughts category of our Google+ Community.

Course Certificate Request Form

If you completed all the required lectures, readings and activities and earned the course certificate, please fill out the Course Certificate Request form.  If you do not fill out this form, you will not receive a certificate.  Certificates will be processed after the course closes on October 1st.  If you’re not sure if you completed everything required, refer to the Lecture and Activity Checklist.

All continuing education hours earned in Level 2 can be reported regardless of receiving a certificate.  This means that you can add up the hours for what you completed and report it to your county office by October 1st, 2017.  For the hours per activity, see the Lecture and Activity Checklist.
