Sightlines Project from the Stanford Center on Longevity

The Sightlines Project from the Stanford Center on Longevity investigates how well Americans are doing in each of three areas that are critical to well-being as people age: financial security, healthy living and social engagement. The findings are based on analyses of eight nationally representative, high quality, multi-year studies involving more than 1.2 million Americans over two decades.  The data is displayed by how many Americans in each of six age groups are doing well in each area, rather than how well the “average” American is doing.

During the call Kristin provided an overview of the data and tools available to the public and walked through some examples from the related to volunteerism and retirement planning.  Use the Stanford Sightlines Project handout to while listening to the call Sightlines Project from the Stanford Center on Longevity.
